Please read and understand these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before registering for, accessing, or using any service provided by the Platform.
By using any service of the Platform, you agree to all of these Terms.
By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
1. Service Description
iTalkGo is a smart push-to-talk and broadcasting communication platform operated by our company, offering the following core services through its mobile and desktop apps (iOS / Android / desktop):
- PTT voice communication — Push-to-Talk for instant one-to-one and group voice.
- Talk group management — Create, join, and manage public or private groups.
- Network radio — Listen to platform and third-party stations with high-quality Opus audio.
- Personal radio / TV stations — Run your own station with program scheduling and a host console.
- AI cloud services — Real-time translation, AI captions, AI assistant, smart DJ, photo restoration, and more.
- Maps and location — Map-based member location, nearby group discovery, offline maps.
- Contacts and social — Friends, face-to-face group creation, QR cards.
2. Account Types and Permissions
The Platform follows a "free communication, pay only for AI cloud compute" model: basic communication and local features are free forever; you only spend the virtual currency TalkCoin when you call the Platform's cloud AI services (see Section 3).
1. Free account (free forever)
All users can use the following at no cost:
- PTT voice communication (one-to-one / group)
- Create and join up to 10 Talk groups, up to 100 members each
- Create and run a personal radio / TV station with host console and scheduling
- SOS emergency calls; listening to public radio
- Photo album (local), music library, e-books
- Basic maps, location, contacts, and social features
- Voice notepad offline mode; home care monitoring basic tier
2. AI cloud compute (pay per use)
The following call our cloud AI and consume TalkCoin per usage (see Section 3 for rates):
- AI real-time translation, AI call captions, AI caption translation
- AI voice assistant, voice notepad cloud polishing
- Old photo restoration, photo HD enhancement, photo-to-animation
- Smart DJ, radio AI captions, home care cloud acoustic analysis
If you connect your own AI endpoints via a self-hosted server, the Platform does not charge TalkCoin.
3. Enterprise
Custom plans for teams and enterprises:
- Dedicated enterprise groups and member admin console
- Custom branding and white-label deployment
- API access and system integration
- Dedicated support and SLA
- Scope and price per individual quote or contract
3. AI Service Pricing
The virtual currency TalkCoin ("TC") is the sole unit for AI cloud compute. The table below shows reference rates per AI module; the in-app display prevails:

TalkCoin top-up packs (in-app or website display prevails):
- Starter: $4.99 / 800 TC
- Standard: $9.99 / 1,800 TC
- Pro: $19.99 / 4,000 TC
- Family: $39.99 / 9,000 TC (shared by 5 accounts)
New users receive 50 TC on sign-up plus 20 TC monthly. Crowdfunding Founding Members additionally receive extra monthly TC and AI discounts (not unlimited AI).
4. Fees and Refunds
- All TalkCoin packs and AI rates are as displayed in-app or on the official website.
- Payment is processed by third parties (such as Stripe, Apple IAP, Google Play Billing). The Platform does not proactively store your full card details.
- TalkCoin and AI services are digital services, usually credited immediately after successful payment.
- Except as required by law or stated herein, purchased TalkCoin and consumed AI services are generally non-refundable.
- If service fails due to platform reasons, we will offer a reasonable extension, TalkCoin reissue, or compensation; refunds, if warranted, follow the original payment path.
5. Virtual Currency (TalkCoin)
- The Platform offers a virtual currency ("TalkCoin"), obtained via top-up, which serves as the unit for AI cloud compute and may also be used to tip station hosts.
- When you call cloud AI services, TC is deducted from your balance at the rates in Section 3, and a usage record is kept.
- Once purchased, TalkCoin is non-refundable and non-convertible to cash except as required by law or stated herein.
- TalkCoin has no legal-tender value and may be used only within the Platform. In-app TalkCoin and the on-chain TALK token are separate systems.
- Tipping is voluntary and cannot be reversed once completed.
6. Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account; losses from your own conduct are your responsibility.
- You may not use the Platform for any illegal activity or to harm the public interest.
- You may not use PTT or broadcasting to spread illegal, violent, pornographic, or hateful content.
- You may not maliciously disrupt other users, including harassment, flooding, or abusive reporting.
- If you register or sign in via third parties (e.g., Google OAuth, Apple ID), you are responsible for those credentials.
- The Platform may warn, restrict, or ban accounts that violate these Terms.
7. User-Generated Content (UGC)
1. Ownership
- Intellectual property in radio programs, voice messages, and group content you create belongs to you.
- You grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use, store, and transmit such content as needed to provide the service.
2. Responsibility
- You bear full legal responsibility for all content you publish.
- You may not distribute content that infringes others' intellectual property.
- The Platform may remove infringing content without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Platform's software, UI design, trademarks, logos, and technology are owned by or licensed to our company.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our written permission.
- Music on platform stations remains the property of rights holders, for online listening only, no download or redistribution.
9. Service Changes and Interruptions
- We may reasonably adjust service content or rules as needed for business operations.
- For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice via in-app notice or website announcement.
- We are not liable for short interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance.
- You may terminate your account and stop using the service at any time.
- After termination, the Platform may delete the account's data within a reasonable period.
10. Disclaimer
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of continuity, stability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We have no obligation to monitor or review voice, text, or other communications you send.
- We are not liable for call quality issues caused by your own network environment.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
- Disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court at our company's location.
