Clear consent
Any continuous recording, unusual-sound alerts, or remote viewing requires family members to turn it on and understand what it does. Without consent, we do not quietly capture or upload voice.
Family voice products are easily mistaken for surveillance tools. iTalkGo draws clear product boundaries so families can use it with confidence.
Any continuous recording, unusual-sound alerts, or remote viewing requires family members to turn it on and understand what it does. Without consent, we do not quietly capture or upload voice.
We do not hide tracking or market a family voice app as round-the-clock guardianship. iTalkGo aims at presence and conversation—not watching where family members go.
Private message bodies are not kept long-term on servers; voice is handled as sessions require. We keep reviewing what must be retained and what can be collected less.
iTalkGo is not medical equipment and does not provide diagnosis or clinical-grade monitoring. In emergencies, call local emergency services—do not rely on a voice app instead of professional help.
Privacy and safety capabilities evolve with the product. Boundaries for the current public build are described here and on the home page status section; material changes will be announced to early users on the site.
