Welcome to iTalkGo Family Real-Time Voice (hereinafter the "Service" or the "Website"). The Service is operated by Japan TENRYUTEI Co., Ltd.
Before you register, access, download a client, or otherwise use the Service, please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms").
By using any feature of the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
By using our Service, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Description of the Service
iTalkGo is a real-time voice and family communication service for household use. It primarily provides family intercom, basic real-time voice, basic messaging and notifications, and a basic client experience on supported platforms. The Service is not in-home caregiving, a medical institution, an emergency alarm system, or a public safety dispatch system.
- The Service may be used on existing devices such as phones, tablets, computers, or browsers; dedicated family hardware (if any) is optional and not a prerequisite for use.
- Some features may be in beta, preview, or gradually rolled out; availability, stability, and feature scope may vary by version, region, device, or household configuration.
- The operator is Japan TENRYUTEI Co., Ltd. The official website and related pages are at https://italkgo.com/.
2. Accounts and Access
The Service is currently organized around "test builds / free basic family communications / optional paid or to-be-determined extensions." It does not sell music or download licenses through monthly, annual, or lifetime membership tiers.
2.1 Test Builds
Test builds (including early access or invite-only test builds) are used to validate features, compatibility, and service quality.
- Features, quotas, interface, and availability may be adjusted, reset, or interrupted at any time and may not match a production release.
- Test builds may include unfinished features, experimental capabilities, or known defects; you understand and accept the resulting risk of instability.
- A test build itself usually does not constitute a paid purchase; if no payment occurs during testing, paid refund procedures do not apply.
2.2 Basic Family Communications (Confirmed Free)
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, a basic family account may use the following basic capabilities (as actually enabled in the client):
- Basic family account and household member organization/invitation features
- Family intercom and basic real-time voice
- Basic messaging and notifications
- Basic clients on supported platforms
2.3 Optional Paid or To-Be-Determined Extensions
We may offer optional paid digital benefits or to-be-determined extension capabilities in the future. Until they are formally launched and sold to the public, such capabilities are not considered launched, priced, or available for purchase.
- May include, without limitation: high-quality cloud ASR (speech recognition) / captions / translation, higher-compute AI capabilities, higher cloud storage quotas, and similar
- Any paid offering must clearly disclose price, billing method, validity period, and benefit scope on the purchase page or corresponding interface before you pay
- Descriptions of optional paid capabilities in these Terms do not constitute a promise that they are "already launched" or "immediately purchasable"
- If there is currently no public paid product or purchase page, there is no corresponding public price or payment flow
3. Activation and Billing of Optional Extensions
- Basic family communication capabilities are provided free of charge under these Terms; free use does not give rise to paid refund requests.
- Optional extensions have no "membership upgrade credit" rules; billing terms do not apply if you have not purchased.
- If paid digital benefits are offered in the future, prices will be those shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase.
- Payment is usually processed by third-party payment processors. We do not actively store your full bank card information.
- Except as otherwise required by law or stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Please see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
- If paid benefits you purchased cannot reasonably be provided due to our fault, we will, after verification, provide a reasonable remedy such as re-issuance, extension, equivalent compensation, or a refund under the applicable policy.
4. Account Rules
- You must properly safeguard your account, password, device unlock methods, verification codes, and similar information; account risks or losses caused by your own actions are your responsibility.
- You must not use the account for illegal activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, malware distribution, or any conduct that harms others' lawful rights or the public interest.
- You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, attack, bypass security mechanisms, or otherwise interfere with others' normal use of the Service without authorization.
- In household settings, before inviting members, granting admin rights, or sharing devices, ensure that the relevant persons are informed and agree to the applicable rules.
- If you use third-party login (for example, Google OAuth), you are responsible for the security of those third-party credentials. These Terms do not mean that third-party login is available in all regions or versions.
5. Safety Boundaries
The Service is positioned as a family communication and convenience tool, with clear use boundaries:
- The Service is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis or professional medical advice, and cannot replace a doctor, emergency care, or professional nursing.
- The Service is not an emergency alarm system and cannot replace calling local emergency numbers; if life or property is at risk, contact local emergency services immediately.
- The Service does not provide or permit covert location tracking, covert recording, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Sensitive capabilities such as remote assistance, location sharing, call or ambient recording must be used only with the knowledge and authorization of the relevant persons.
- You must not use the Service to engage in unauthorized tracking, listening, or coercion of minors or others.
6. Software and Website Content Copyright
6.1 Platform and Software
- Intellectual property in the Website, clients, trademarks, interface design, documentation, and software code belongs to Japan TENRYUTEI Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
- Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, modify, rent, sell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the foregoing.
6.2 Content You Submit or Transmit
- You retain the rights you lawfully hold in voice, text, images, files, and other content you send through the Service, and you are responsible for its legality.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (for example, to transmit, store, transcode, and display content to household members you authorize).
- We do not claim a commercial copyright assignment of your content merely because you use basic family communications.
7. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
- We may reasonably adjust service content, feature scope, free quotas, or rules based on business, security, compliance, or technical needs.
- For material changes, we will provide notice via website announcements, in-app notices, or other reasonable means.
- For short-term unavailability caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or third-party service outages, we are not liable for breach to the extent permitted by law.
- You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time; upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, except for data retention required by law or otherwise provided in our policies.
- If you seriously violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant account or features.
8. Disclaimer
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or complete freedom from errors.
- You must decide for yourself whether the Service is suitable for your household use case.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Test builds and experimental features may involve higher risk; voluntary use means you accept that risk.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service should first be resolved through friendly consultation.
- If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a Japanese court with jurisdiction over the location of our company.
