Pursuant to Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the following discloses operator information and transaction terms for iTalkGo Family Real-Time Voice.
The Service currently centers on free basic family communication capabilities and test-build clients. While there is no public paid product, price and payment methods are marked as not applicable and will be updated after a formal purchase page launches.

- Currently provided: test-build clients; basic family account, family intercom, basic real-time voice, basic messaging and notifications, and basic clients on supported platforms (free)
- Optional / to-be-determined extensions (not yet sold as public paid products): high-quality cloud ASR/captions/translation, higher-compute AI, higher cloud storage quotas, and similar
- The Service is not a medical, emergency-alarm, or covert-location service
3. Prices and Fees
- Basic family communications and test builds: free
- Public paid product prices: currently N/A — no public paid product / purchase page
- If paid digital benefits launch in the future, sale prices will be as shown on each purchase page (JPY; tax inclusion as expressly stated on the page)
- Except as expressly stated on a page, there are no mandatory additional handling fees
4. Payment Methods and Charge Timing
- Currently: N/A — no public paid purchase or payment flow is offered
- If purchases open in the future: payment methods and charge timing will be disclosed on the purchase page (for example, credit card, charged immediately upon order)
5. Delivery / Activation Timing
- Free accounts and test-build clients: available immediately or within a reasonable time according to registration, download, or invitation flows
- Future paid digital benefits: usually activated immediately after successful payment (as stated on the purchase page)
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Free and unpaid test use does not require a refund. For paid digital benefits that may appear in the future, refunds are generally not available after benefits are activated and usable; however, if prolonged unavailability is due to our fault, or payment succeeds but benefits are not delivered and cannot reasonably be fixed, a refund may be provided after verification.
